My Keepsake Blanket 2027 is a simple blanket with the year 2027 and hearts in garter stitch. Celebrate the new addition to the family with a blanket that can be kept as a lovely keepsake.

The blanket is knitted back and forth. The pattern has detailed row-by-row instructions and also charts, if you would like to use them alongside.

Needles: 4 mm (US 6)

Yarn requirements: 250 g / approx. 574 yd (yardage based on Drops Merino Extra Fine)

Yarn suggestions: Drops Merino Extra Fine, Debbie Bliss Rialto DK or Cascade 220 Superwash Merino

You can use any other yarn as long as you match the tension.

1 ball of Drops Merino Extra Fine = 50 g / 105 m (115 yd).

Tension: 20 stitches x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 in) on 4 mm (US 6) needles

Size: 55 x 70 cm (22 x 28 in)
