Terms of service

This is a digital shop selling knitting patterns in PDF format.
When you buy a pattern, you receive a download link immediately after payment.

Delivery
All products are delivered digitally via a link sent by email. No physical item is shipped.

Right of withdrawal and refunds
As the patterns are digital files, the right of withdrawal and refunds do not apply once you have downloaded the file.
If you have any problems with the download, please contact me and I will help you.

Use of patterns
The patterns are for personal use only. You may not sell, share or redistribute them.
You may sell finished items that you have knitted yourself from the pattern on a small scale (up to 10 items), but not the pattern itself.

Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout. All prices include VAT.
