Gemstone Blanket

Gemstone Blanket is a blanket with a textured motif and seed stitch borders. The blanket is knitted back and forth in one piece, and the pattern includes four sizes.

You can easily adjust both width and length by adding more pattern repeats. The pattern has clear row-by-row instructions.

Skill level: Easy–intermediate

Needles: 4 mm (US 6)

S: 300 g / approx. 689 yd
M: 450 g / approx. 1033 yd
L: 650 g / approx. 1493 yd
XL: 1000 g / approx. 2297 yd
(yardage based on Drops Merino Extra Fine)

Yarn suggestions: Drops Merino Extra Fine, Debbie Bliss Rialto DK or Cascade 220 Superwash Merino

You can use any other yarn as long as you match the tension.

1 ball of Drops Merino Extra Fine = 50 g / 105 m (115 yd).

Tension: 20 stitches x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 in) on 4 mm (US 6) needles
